Jimmy Nadell is an experienced celebrity chef from Aspen, Colorado, renowned for preparing elevated cuisine for thousands, including many high-profile clients such as Donald Trump, Heidi Klum, the Walton family, Tom Cruise, Mariah Carey, Oprah Winfrey, Will Smith, and Mohammad Bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. A two-time Culinary Arts Gold Medal recipient, Chef Nadell is also the author of two culinary books, Aspen Celebrity Cuisine and My Tuscan Table.
Currently residing in Florida, Chef Jimmy owns and operates Tuscany Nokomis, where he brings authentic Tuscan Italian flavors to life. Tuscany Nokomis serves the finest traditional Tuscan dishes made with the freshest locally sourced ingredients, offering an exceptional dining experience inspired by Chef Nadell’s passion for fine cuisine.

Great food! Our server Holly was on top of everything and was very attentive. The food was delicious with extremely generous portions. The red sangria was very tasty with a lot of fruit. The lasagna and stuffed shells were very authentic. The cheesecake was a generous portion and tasty. A great dining experience.
The pizza also looked yummy.
